Rebound adjust and threaded preload adjust. This 250mm travel TracTive upgrade shock is marketed elsewhere as a “+40mm” shock but that only refers to seat height, not travel. The stock Honda shock is so softly sprung that it oversags considerably. This TracTive upgrade is the same length as the stock shock but it will be sprung properly for your weight and won’t oversag so you have more travel to absorb bumps, but this will raise seat height by about 40mm.  This TracTive shock is recommended for best performance. TracTive raised the bar in Adventure Bike shock design when their products were first unveiled. No shock manufacturer before has used such heavy duty components or more durable designs intended specifically for Adventure Bike use.  Although this shock is a non-reservoir design, it is still one tough dude.
